Professional Scrum Product Owner training and certification

ArtSoft Consult recently provided to its selected employees with the opportunity to participate in a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO) training. This training was designed to provide an activity-based approach for students to explore the Professional Scrum framework and gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical role that a Product Owner plays in a Scrum Team.
Throughout the course, students were exposed to various Product Ownership practices and techniques that they can apply in their work once they leave the classroom. Additionally, an introduction to Agile Product Management was also included as part of the curriculum.
By attending this two-day class, students were able to develop and solidify their knowledge of the Scrum framework and the accountabilities of being a Product Owner through a combination of instructor-led sessions and team-based exercises. Furthermore, they learned valuable techniques to overcome the common challenges encountered in their day-to-day work.
