Certified Scrum Master training

To further advance our goal of achieving a highly mature agile software development process, a group of our colleagues attended a Scrum Master Training from January 19 to 21. The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in the Scrum process by creating a framework that enables each team member to perform their best and achieve a common goal. They support and encourage the team's self-organization, and optimize collaboration between the product owner and development team to ensure project success.

We extend our gratitude to the trainer and wish our colleagues the best of luck as they prepare to take the Scrum Alliance's online certification exam.
